SPRINT 2 (Includes all updates)

PLANNING MEET DATE: 15/03/2022

DURATION: 1.5 HOURS (3 PM TO 4.30 PM)

AGENDA: PLANNING OF SPRINT 2 AND DISTRIBUTION OF INDIVIDUAL TASKS

During this meeting, the team discussed the performance of sprint 1 and found out anecdotes of the issues faced prior. After sprint 1 retrospection, the team discussed and set the objectives of sprint 2 which is mainly the interaction between user interface and database. In this sprint, 80% completion of the functionality of the proposed application is projected. The timeline will be demonstrated via JIRA. Following are the tasks assigned individually.

FRONTEND: Creating account setup page, Setting up map locator- Sahil Bhagat ( DEV.) 

DATABASE: Creating Random restaurant addresses and random food items and their APIs- Jay Bhavsar (PRODUCT OWNER)

BACKEND: Node Package Management - Parth Narang (DEV.)

                      Integrating Map API - Vijay Kumar (DEV.)

                      User Authentication - Harshil Patel (SCRUM MASTER)

SPRINT MEET II: 19/03/2022

DURATION:  1 HOUR (3 PM TO 4 PM)

AGENDA: PROGRESS TRACKING AND VERIFYING THE INCREMENTS 

During the meeting, the team discussed the increments of the assigned individual works from the first meeting. All the team members have almost completed their tasks and will be completed by the next sprint meet. The individual work of each member was verified and validated by other team members.
